    Obtained from the drying of the Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes and aging in barrique. After 4 years of maturation it is necessary to wait for another 2 of aging in bottle. A fascinating wine with dry pastries, cheese or to savor it in its complexity as a meditation wine. Its production follows an ancient tradition: selection and hand-picking of the best bunches of grapes from the oldest vineyards with a late harvest and placed with great care on racks until Christmas.
