Grape Variety: 85% Ancellotta, 5% Lambrusco Marani, 5% Maestri, 5% Salamino

Alcohol Content: 6.5% vol.

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested followed by a 24-hour skin maceration at a controlled temperature. The fermentation is partially completed and then halted through repeated filtrations; this meticulous process preserves the natural sugars and the characteristic bouquet of fresh grape must.

Residual Sugar: 76.3 g/l

Total Acidity: 6.8 g/l

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red. Deeply vinous, with inviting scents of blackberries and violets. On the palate, it is pleasantly sweet, faithfully mirroring the rich olfactory sensations of the harvest.

Food Pairings: Red fruit tarts, blackberry and blueberry desserts. Excellent with roasted chestnuts.
