Obtained from the drying of the Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes and aging in barrique. After 4 years of maturation it is necessary to wait for another 2 of aging in bottle.
A fascinating wine with dry pastries, cheese or to savor it in its complexity as a meditation wine.

Its production follows an ancient tradition: selection and hand-picking of the best bunches of grapes from the oldest vineyards with a late harvest and placed with great care on racks until Christmas. After pressing follow the barriques and the bottle after four years of maturation. The refinement continues in the bottle for another two / three years before marketing.
