The vinegard, in Ziano Piacentino, born in 1890 and for five generations has been forwarded. To emphasize this, Tenuta Pozzolo is recognized and registered as a Historical Enterprise of Italy in the Register of the Italian Chamber of Commerce. Today the company is managed by Filippo Zerioli, nephew of the famous member of the Italian Academy of Vine and Wine, together with his son Pietro. 77 Ha, of which 64.38 of specialized vineyards, divided into three Farms: Pozzolo, Montecucco and Poggio in the splendid Val Tidone at about 280 m above sea level. Soils: limestone clayey, fresh and compact. To respect their land, Tenuta Pozzolo adheres to the "Integrated Production" specification Operation 10.1.01, which protects the natural environment and useful insects and safeguards the health of the consumer. The tradition is represented in the typical wines of Piacenza: Gutturnio, Bonarda, Barbera, Ortrugo, Pinot Grigio and Nero, Malvasia di Candia aromatica.

    Obtained from the drying of the Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes and aging in barrique. After 4 years of maturation it is necessary to wait for another 2 of aging in bottle.
