Vine: Barbera (60%) and Croatina (40%).

Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Vinification: Grapes harvested and vinified according to the "Integrated Production" method Operation 10.1.01 to safeguard human health, respect useful insects and the natural environment. Contemporary maceration of the two grapes, barbera and croatina for at least 3 - 4 days and fermentation in steel for 6 months. Then 6 months of aging in barrique. Refinement in the bottle for a year.

Sensory Notes: Ruby red color, pleasant and velvety aroma of small red fruits, cherries and raspberries in spirit, cinnamon, citrus peel, rhubarb; rich taste, soft and enveloping, spicy with an elegant tannin.

Food matches: Ideal with risotto, papparedelle with wild boar ragù, game, roasts and mixed grilled red meats.
