Alcohol content: 11,5% vol.
Vinification: Vineyard: Palazzina. Soil: medium-sized gravel soil. The grapes are harvested manually in the 4 weeks of August. Cold vinification with soft pressing and static settling. Natural fermentation in autoclave. 8 months refinement witn batonnage. Yield: 110 ql / ha
Sensory Notes: Straw yellow color, persistent perlage, hints of yellow fruit strawberries and fine spices; delicate on the palate.
