Alcohol Content: 12,5% Vol
Vinification: Soft pressing and de-stemming. Maceration in stainless steel tanks with regular plunging to extract colour and tannins. Partial fermentation in wooden casks at 25°C. Subsequent bottle-ageing for approximately 6 months.
Known Sensory: Bright red veering on purple in colour. On the nose, the bouquet is persistent with winy fruity fragrant notes. In the mouth, the wine is smooth, rounded. Pleasant and charming
Accomponiments: Traditional Emilian pasta dishes, filled pasta, pork loin and white meats. Also pairs perfectly with fish dishes.
