Alcohol content: 11,5% vol.
Vinification: Vineyard: Palazzina. Soil: medium-sized gravel soil. The grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of September to preserve acidity. Cold vinification with maceration, soft pressing, static decantation and natural fermentation in autoclave. Aging sur lie for 8 months in steel with repeated batonnage and subsequent bottling. Yield: 110 ql / ha.
Sensory Notes: Soft pink color, persistent perlage, hints of wild strawberries and small red fruit, rose hip; delicate on the palate, fresh and mineral.
