Vinification: from selected Sangiovese grapes from the hills, after the first fermentation, the second one takes place in the bottle as per the classic method.
After at least 30 months of aging on the yeasts and without adding liqueur d'expedition, this zero dosage is born.
Sensory Notes: fine and persistent bubbles, excellent flavor and freshness.
