Vine: Sangiovese

Wine-making: De-stemming - - Fermentation in vitrified cement tanks with inoculation of selected yeasts. Maceration on the skins until the end of fermentation with temperature control (28/30 degrees) - Reassembling every eight hours

Tasting notes: bright ruby red colour, intensive and persistent bouquet of morello cherry and violet. Taste: Dry, warm and velvety harmonic balance of fabric and backbone

Wine-making:  Leaders with sauces of meat, baked or grilled red meat,cheese and  brodetto of eels.

Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C
