"Lambrusco Montericco is an ancient variety grown in the Puianello region between Broletto and Montericco, the very place from which it derives its name. This small, prestigious cru imparts a distinctive, vibrant color and an unmistakable elegance to the wine. Its heritage can be traced back as far as the 9th century, when it was historically documented as Selvatica di Montericco or 'Wild Lambrusco'."

Grape Variety: 100% Montericco

Alcohol Content: 11% vol.

Vinification: Hand-harvested to ensure peak quality. The must undergoes cold maceration on the skins for 12 hours at low temperatures to meticulously preserve the delicate primary aromas. Fermentation follows in temperature-controlled tanks until reaching 50 g/l of residual sugar, followed by the prise de mousse using the Charmat method. The monofermentation technique is employed to exalt the authentic, fresh characteristics of the Montericco grape.

Total Acidity: 7.1 g/l

Tasting Notes: A brilliant Chiaretto pink. The nose reveals elegant scents of raspberry, cherry, and rose. On the palate, it is refreshingly crisp and savory, leading to a balanced and pleasant finish.

Food Pairings: Perfect with savory pies, charcuterie appetizers, and various pasta dishes, including traditional stuffed pasta.
