        Vine: 100% Sangiovese Romagnolo
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Vinification: Vineyard: Vignavecchia, grapes of 20 years. Soil: red clay and the sands of  Messiniano  Age. The grapes are harvested manually. Fermentation and subsequent maceration on the skins in temperature-controlled steel vats. Then malolactic fermentation. Aging in French wood and 6 months in bottle. 
Sensory Notes: Ruby red color, scents of red fruit, violet and black currant. On the palate spicy and red fruit notes, excellent balance, elegant tannins and pleasant freshness. 
Food matches: Risotto and first courses, red meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
