Vinification: Vineyard: Cru of the Baruccia. Soil: medium-clayey-calcareous soil. The grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of October. The red vinification follows with post-fermentation maceration on the skins. 13 months of in 20 hl barrel and 1 year in bottle. Yield: 60 ql / ha.
Sensory Notes: Deep ruby red, complex bouquet, small black fruit, cherries, spicy notes of cinnamon and vanilla. In the mouth excellent structure, well blended tannin supported by the fresh and tasty component.
