Vinification: Delicate pressing of the grapes. Fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts added.
Known Sensory: Light straw-yellow colour, fruity taste, pleasantly sparkling.
Accompaniments: Ideal as an aperitif, or to go with light dishes with white me-at and fish.
