Vinification: Soft pressing after hand harvesting of the grapes. Fermentation in steel at a constant temperature and refermentation in the bottle for over 24 months before disgorgement.
Tasting Notes: Intense gold color with green reflections, notes of aromatic herbs, white flowers and iodized sensations. The fine and persistent effervescence. The Pas dosé allows you to appreciate the characteristics of the blend and the finesse of the product.
