Winemaking: Traditional manual harvest with selection of suitable grapes 50% vinified in white, 50% cold macerated, soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, refermentation in autoclave.
Sensorial Notes: a full aroma of red and black fruits. full taste, pleasant freshness.
