“La Riva” is called for the Mont of “Linea Gotica”, the line of the second War World.
Natural wine: natural wild yeast is used for fermentation and no fining agents and no sugar.
The indigenous yeasts stay into the wine even after bottling. The wine appears turbid and consistent. This gives greater softness, richness and complexity.
It is adviced to homogenise the sediment turning the bottle.
