Vinification: The long fermentation with steel maceration, carried out with frequent punching down and reassembling, is followed by malolactic fermentation.
The wine ages for a year in French oak bordeaux barrique.
Tasting notes: initially with fruity and fresh aromas then mature and spicy notes, green tea and vegetal notes.
