Excellence born from the drying of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
The name Filiblù comes from the blue color of the threads filled with grapes kept to wither.

Vine: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Alcohol content: 16% Vol.

Vinification: The bunches, harvested in small fruit crates, are immediately hung on the treads under the south-facing portico and left to dry for two or three months depending on the vintage. Once the right degree of concentration is reached, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. Fermentation is long and difficult due to the alcohol content and low winter temperatures. After the racking, the wine is decanted in the barrique where stays for 24 months. The aging in Tasting notes: The result of this long wait is a wine characterized by a remarkable olfactory power and a very robust structure.
