Vinification: Vines located at 380 meters above sea level on marly arenaceous rock, this refermented in bottle is born with subsequent stay on the lees for about 4 months, without disgorgement (not filtered). Harvest by hand with selection of the bunches around the beginning of September.
Sensory Notes: The color is pink with golden reflections, fruity notes on the nose with a pleasant hint of bread crust and excellent freshness on the palate.
