Vinification: From the Galassino vineyard with medium-textured soil that tends to be clayey, the grapes harvested by hand in the second week of September are cold-vinified with soft pressing and static decantation. Surlie aging for 6 months in steel and subsequent bottling. Yield: 70 ql / ha.
Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow color. Intense on the nose, rich in fruits, citrus, and fresh flowers accompanied by sweet spicies. Nice balance in the mouth that invites you to drink it.
