Vinification: Traditional manual harvest with selection of suitable grapes 50% vinified in white, 50% cold maceration, soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, refermentation in autoclave.
Tasting Notes: refined vertical, chamomile, yellow peach, sage and boxwood delicately woven.
The taste is structured and enveloping, with nice freshness and flavor. Very pleasant memories.
