The aromatic Malvasia di Candia captures typical characteristics of the terroir of Parma and thanks to the limited yields in the bunch and in the wine there are a concentration of aromas and bouquet. This gives great pleasure, appreciable with cured meats and traditional first courses, eg. tortelli of herbs.
A special mention to its fine effervescence.

Vine: Malvasia aromatica di Candia 100%

Alcohol content: 11.5% Vol.

Vinification: Traditional manual harvest with selection of suitable grapes 50% vinified in white, 50% cold maceration, soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature, refermentation in autoclave.

Tasting Notes: refined vertical, chamomile, yellow peach, sage and boxwood delicately woven.

The taste is structured and enveloping, with nice freshness and flavor.  Very pleasant memories.
