A wine produced as "Carlon" did, back in 1870, great-grandfather of the current owner Carlo Bertelli, completely by hand in respect of nature.
A product that will amaze you, starting from its colour and its flavour, which gives and will give you unexpected sensations.

Details

Grape variety: Lambrusco Sorbara 80% and Salamino 20%.

Alcohol Content: 12% vol.

Vinification: The hand-picked Sorbara and Salamino grapes are fermented with their own yeasts first in vats and then in demijohns, followed by fermentation in bottles for at least 4 months.

Sensory Notes: Soft pink colour, hints of small red fruit, pomegranate, orange, raspberry and currant. On the palate the savouriness and acidity are balanced with the soft components giving an intriguing pleasantness enhanced by the finesse of the evergreen

Gastronomic pairings: Strawberry risotto, crudités and fried prawns.
