Vine: 100% Lambrusco Maestri

Alcohol content: 13% Vol.

Vinification: The harvest is strictly manual and normally takes place during the third ten days of September. The grapes, after de-stemming, remain macerated in the vat for 4/5 days. Periodic racking are followed, the wine ages 10 months in the cistern before bottling. During this period the malolactic fermentation happen naturally. A further refinement in bottle of 3 months is carried out before the putting on the market.

Food matches: Succulent meat dishes, such as roasts and braised meats, both red meat and game.
