Longanesi grape, called Bursona in the Romagna dialect, is a native vine of the Ravenna area.
In 1920 Aldo Longanesi found an unknown vine on his farm in Bagnacavallo and began the recovery of this vine.

Known Sensory: Colour ruby red with hints of violet, smell fruity with hints of liquorice, taste intense, hot with tannins scarcely bitter

Accomponiments: to approach to flat tasty grigliate of meat, roast and cheeses season
