Vinification: Vineyard: Baruccia. Soil: medium-clayey-calcareous soil with white clay. The grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of October. The red vinification follows with post-fermentation maceration on the skins. 5 months of aging in second / third passage barriques. Rsa: 70 ql / ha.
Sensory Notes: Ruby red, complex bouquet, aromas of red fruit, spices, cinnamon and licorice, balsamic aromas. In the mouth full and persistent, with excellent acidity.
