Grape variety: Grechetto gentile
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Vinification: Soft pressing with both whole or stalk-less grapes at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts added. ‘Pris de Mousse’ in ‘cuve close’ at a low temperature.
Tasting note: I introduce myself: I'm Pignoletto’s energy: fruity, intense, manifold, pleasant to drink but also leaving a memory of itself. Innovative.
Food matches: Aperitifs, starters, white meat and fish.
