Grape variety: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara

Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.

Vinification: Traditional vinification, ‘Pris de Mousse’ through natural in-bottle fermentation which is followed by a six-month long ageing.

Known Sensory: Purple with a pink foam. Bouquet of raspberries and plum with mentholated scents and rose on the finish. A complete range of fragrances, a combination between structure and roundness without compromises, but with an excellent balance A masterpiece.

p>Accompaniments: Pasta, tortellini, boiled meat and, in general, traditional cuisine from Emilia, but also with shrimp tempura.
