Vinification: Ancestral method. The grapes are crushed and the fermentation starts with the indigenous yeasts. In March the wine is bottled without added residual sugar and filtration.
<>Tasting note: Lively straw yellow colour, soft mousse. Elegant nose with flowery notes of lime flower, aromatic herbs, ripe yellow fruit (sage and plum). Fresh and well balanced on the palate.
Accompaniments: aperitifs and salumi
