Vine: 100% Sangiovese

Wine-making: De-stemming - Fermentation in vitrified cement tanks with inoculation of selected yeasts. Maceration on the skins until the end of fermentation with temperature control (28/30 degrees) - Reassembling every eight hours

Tasting notes: colour deep ruby red, intense and dense bouquet with hints of black truffle, Morello cherry, cooked plum and dried rose, dry, warm, velvety, harmonious taste.
